American University of Kuwait Signs Memorandum of Understanding with the Kuwait Institute for Administrative Development

The American University of Kuwait (AUK) signed a memorandum of understanding with the Kuwait Institute of Certified Public Accountants, a move aimed at strengthening joint cooperation between the two parties and supporting academic education and professional development, thereby contributing to the preparation of qualified national cadres to meet labor market needs.
The signing ceremony was attended by Dr. Asil Al-Awadi, President of the American University of Kuwait. The memorandum was signed on behalf of the university by Dr. Ali Sharara, Vice President for Academic Affairs, and on behalf of the institute by Mr. Sabah Mubarak Al-Jalawi, Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Kuwait Institute of Certified Public Accountants.
The memorandum aims to expand cooperation in various joint initiatives, including organizing conferences, seminars, and workshops; exchanging expertise and knowledge; enhancing training and professional development opportunities for students; and implementing activities that contribute to the development of the accounting and auditing professions, while linking academic learning with professional practice.
