The Ministry of Foreign Affairs condemns and denounces the reprehensible Iranian aggression that resulted in injuries to several members of the armed forces and caused material damage.

The Ministry of Foreign Affairs expressed the State of Kuwait’s strongest condemnation and denunciation of the culpable Iranian aggression that targeted the country this evening, resulting in injuries to several members of the armed forces and causing material damage.
The Ministry of Foreign Affairs stated that, while reiterating its firm position that the continuation of this culpable Iranian aggression constitutes a blatant violation of the sovereignty of the State of Kuwait, a serious threat to the security and safety of its citizens and residents, and an overt challenge to international legitimacy and United Nations Security Council Resolution 2817 of 2026, and reflects an insistence on pursuing a hostile approach and an irresponsible undermining of regional and international efforts aimed at achieving the security and stability of the region, it emphasizes the inherent right of the State of Kuwait to take whatever measures it deems appropriate to safeguard its sovereignty and preserve its security and stability, in accordance with the provisions of international law and the Charter of the United Nations.
