Trump: Strait of Hormuz open to all ships except Iran

US President Donald Trump announced that the Strait of Hormuz is open to the navigation of all ships except Iran, which will be subjected to a full blockade.

He said he had decided to replace the 20 percent US tariffs with trade and investment agreements to be concluded by the various Gulf states with Washington.

He added, “These investments will be substantial, but at the same time they will be highly beneficial to them and to their future.”
