Rome Extends Dybala's Contract

Dybala, 32, joined Roma in 2022 after a seven-year stint with Juventus, becoming a key figure in the squad. He made 139 appearances and scored 45 goals across all competitions, and helped Roma reach the Europa League final in his first season with the club.

However, the Argentine player suffered injuries last season, undergoing knee surgery in March and missing approximately four months, which raised doubts about his future at the club.

Roma finished third in last season’s Serie A, securing a return to the Champions League for the first time since the 2018-2019 season. The club will begin their new campaign at home against Fiorentina on August 24.
