First Deputy Prime Minister Condoles Minister of Interior and Commander of Al Khor Force in Qatar on the Death of the Late Emir

The First Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Interior, Sheikh Fahad Youssef Al-Saud Al-Sabah, sent a message of condolence to the Minister of Interior and Commander of the Al-Khawanij Force in the sister State of Qatar, Sheikh Khalifa bin Hamad bin Khalifa Al Thani, upon the passing of His Highness the Amir, the late Sheikh Hamad bin Khalifa Al Thani, may God have mercy on him.

The Ministry of Interior stated in a press release that Sheikh Fahad Al-Yousef recalled in the message, “with great pride and appreciation, the late Amir’s journey, characterized by continuous contributions and his far-sighted vision, which helped enhance the standing of the sister State of Qatar at both the regional and international levels.”

The statement further noted that Sheikh Fahad Al-Yousef highlighted the late Amir’s supportive positions on issues concerning the Arab and Islamic nations, as well as his constant efforts to support peace and stability initiatives, affirming that his legacy will remain immortal in the memories of future generations.

Sheikh Al-Yousef prayed to Almighty God to “envelop His Highness in His boundless mercy and pleasure, make Paradise his final resting place, and grant you, the noble family, and the brotherly Qatari people the finest patience and the best of condolences.”
