Al Rai TV suspends its programming and declares mourning

Al-Rai TV announced a four-day mourning period for the passing of the late Emir of Qatar, Sheikh Hamad bin Khalifa Al Thani, by suspending its regular programming and broadcasting verses from the Holy Quran in tribute to the deceased.
