Boubyan Bank launched its new identity for consumer financing solutions, “Tasahil,” during a special event attended by a select group of bank executives, strategic partners, and representatives from leading institutions and companies across various sectors. This move reflects the bank’s ongoing vision to develop financing solutions and deliver a more flexible and seamless experience aligned with customers’ aspirations and evolving needs.
The event was attended by Boubyan’s leadership, including Zaid Al-Saadoun, Assistant General Manager for Corporate Banking (SMEs); Thamer Al-Anzi, Deputy General Manager of Central Sales; Khaled Al-Shammari, General Manager of Direct Banking Channels; and Abdullah Al-Majhem, Executive Vice President of Private Banking. The occasion featured the recognition of several “Partners of Success” who delivered outstanding performance in 2025 and 2026, in appreciation of their role in supporting the bank’s growth and development journey and enhancing the success of their strategic partnerships with Boubyan. This recognition underscores the importance of collaborative efforts in developing solutions and services that deliver sustainable value to customers.
Commenting on the occasion, Al-Majhem stated, “What we are witnessing today is not merely the launch of a new identity, but a strategic step within our vision to develop financing solutions and high-quality partnerships, and to build a more integrated financing experience. We believe this identity will help reposition the consumer financing experience to be more flexible, offering customers broader options and opening new horizons for collaboration with strategic partners across various sectors.”
He added that “Tasahil” reflects an advanced stage in the evolution of Boubyan’s consumer financing business, which has seen continuous growth in recent years in terms of financing solutions, strategic partnerships, and the diversity of sectors covered by the bank. This growth has strengthened the bank’s position as one of the leading financial institutions in this field within the local market.
Al-Majhem noted that customers have become more aware and selective in choosing banking and financing solutions that provide a smoother experience and meet their daily needs in a practical and accessible manner. This trend has driven Boubyan to continue developing its financing services in a more comprehensive manner, combining exclusive benefits, special offers, and strategic partnerships rooted in a deeper understanding of customers’ needs and changing lifestyles.
He emphasized that the launch of “Tasahil” aligns with this direction, representing a unified identity that brings together a wide range of diverse and innovative financing solutions under one umbrella. This simplifies customers’ ability to identify and benefit from available options within a clearer and more seamless experience, reflecting Boubyan’s philosophy of placing the customer at the core of all its services and initiatives.
Al-Majhem stated that one of the key pillars underpinning “Tasahil” is the extensive partnership network the bank has successfully built with more than 150 companies and institutions across various vital sectors. This network has enabled the bank to develop diverse offers and options that cater to the needs of a broad range of customers.
He added that these relationships were not built on commercial cooperation alone, but were the result of years of joint effort, shared growth, mutual trust, and a common desire to deliver genuine value to customers. This has been reflected in the quality of the offerings and services provided through this ecosystem. He emphasized that the success of any financing experience does not depend on the product alone, but rather on its ability to unify the efforts of various parties within an integrated system that delivers real and sustainable value to customers. This reflects the approach adopted by Boubyan Bank in building long-term strategic partnerships based on trust, integration, and the realization of shared interests.
Regarding the benefits that the new “Tasheel” identity offers customers in the field of consumer financing, Al-Majhem clarified that it includes a wide range of financing solutions designed to meet their needs across various sectors, supported by exclusive offers developed in collaboration with strategic partners. These offers also include special promotions within selected partnerships, with profit rates reaching 0% in some cases, alongside flexible financing options of up to 25,000 dinars and repayment periods extending up to five years. This provides customers with greater flexibility to plan and fulfill their diverse needs in a manner that aligns with their capabilities and requirements.
In this context, Al-Majhem stated that honoring success partners during the ceremony embodies Boubyan’s belief that sustainable achievements are not realized in isolation, but are the product of long-term collaboration and relationships founded on trust, commitment, and the pursuit of shared interests.
He explained that the companies honored today have demonstrated outstanding models of cooperation, excellence, and the ability to deliver genuine value to customers, directly contributing to enhancing the success of the financing initiatives and solutions offered by the bank.
He added that this recognition serves as a message of appreciation to all partners who played a pivotal role in supporting the journey of development and growth, and contributed to consolidating a culture of cooperation and innovation, yielding positive outcomes that benefited all parties.
He noted that the diversity of the honored entities across sectors such as automobiles, education, healthcare, furniture, and others reflects the broad scope of partnerships the bank has successfully built, underscoring the importance of integration among various sectors in developing services and solutions that meet customer needs more comprehensively.
He further stated, “We view ‘Tasheel’ as the identity that will lead the next phase in the development of consumer financing solutions at Boubyan. We will continue to build on it by strengthening and expanding our partnership network, developing new benefits, and innovating more flexible solutions, thereby enhancing the value delivered to customers and keeping pace with their evolving aspirations.”
Concluding his remarks, Al-Majhem said, “True success is not measured by the number of products we offer, but by our ability to anticipate market demands, develop solutions that enhance leadership, and forge strategic partnerships that keep pace with developments and open broader horizons for cooperation and sustainable growth.”
