Al-Ahli Organized a Job Fair with the Ministry of Social Affairs and Labor

Kuwait National Bank announced its collaboration with the Public Authority for Manpower to organize an open job day for the Direct Sales Academy, as part of its ongoing efforts to support young national talent and attract distinguished professionals to its workforce.

The bank welcomed new graduates and job seekers in the sales department, where the human resources team provided a comprehensive overview of its work environment, available training and development opportunities, and conducted immediate interviews with outstanding candidates, offering advice and guidance on the nature of work in the bank’s departments and the banking sector.

On this occasion, Afrah Al-Arbash, Director of Human Resources Management, stated: “Our collaboration with the Public Authority for Manpower reflects our ongoing commitment to working with relevant authorities in Kuwait to provide distinguished job opportunities for young Kuwaitis in the banking sector, as an integral part of our responsibility and continuous plans to invest in human capital and attract top talent to our departments.”
