Al-Huwail: Linking the Disability Authority automatically with 24 government entities to streamline procedures and expedite transaction processing
Dr. Amthal Al-Huwail, Minister of Social Affairs, Family, and Childhood and Chairperson of the Supreme Council for Disability Affairs, confirmed that the automated integration of the Public Authority for People with Disabilities with 24 government entities contributes to facilitating service delivery, enhancing performance quality, and strengthening electronic integration among relevant parties. She emphasized that this governmental cooperation reflects the state’s commitment to developing services provided to citizens and beneficiaries.
Al-Huwail stated that the automated integration project with government entities represents a significant step in the digital transformation and development of the work system, by streamlining documentation cycles, reducing reliance on paper-based reviews, and ensuring rapid, accurate, and efficient access to required data. She noted that this initiative is implemented in accordance with the leadership’s directives to enhance cooperation and integration among state institutions, and as part of a developmental plan aimed at simplifying procedures and accelerating transaction processing for beneficiaries.
She clarified that the entities integrated through this automated system include: the Public Authority for Civil Information, the Public Institution for Social Security, the Public Authority for Juvenile Affairs, the Ministry of Private Education, the Public Authority for Applied Education and Training, the Ministry of Health, the Ministry of Interior, the Ministry of Justice, Kuwait University, the General Secretariat of Private Universities, the Ministry of Higher Education, the Kuwait Credit Bank, the Ministry of Commerce and Industry, the Public Authority for Manpower, the Central Agency for Regularizing the Status of Illegal Residents, the Ministry of Awqaf and Islamic Affairs, the Public Authority for Environmental Protection, the Public Institution for Housing Welfare, the Diwan of Civil Service, the General Fire Force, the Ministry of Social Affairs, the Ministry of Transport, the Ministry of Finance, and the National Military Service.
Al-Huwail affirmed that this integration is part of efforts to develop government services and elevate performance quality, ensuring swift execution and procedural accuracy, while enhancing the efficiency of electronic services provided to visitors and beneficiaries.
