Kuwait and Lebanon... One Heart

His Highness the Amir conveyed the Lebanese minister’s greetings to the President of the Lebanese Republic, Joseph Aoun, wishing Lebanon and its people every progress and prosperity. During the meeting, the close fraternal relations between the two countries and their peoples were reviewed, along with ways to enhance and develop these ties across various fields and to support cooperation between the two fraternal countries in a manner that serves their interests and shared issues.

Furthermore, His Highness the Crown Prince, Sheikh Sabah Khaled Al-Hamad Al-Sabah, and His Highness the Prime Minister, Sheikh Ahmad Abdullah Al-Ahmad Al-Sabah, received Minister Al-Hajar and the accompanying delegation. They discussed the close fraternal relations uniting the two countries, as well as a number of topics of mutual interest and ways to enhance cooperation between the two fraternal countries and their peoples across various fields.

In the security context, the First Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Interior, Sheikh Fahad Al-Yousef, held a meeting with the Lebanese Minister of Interior, focusing on enhancing joint security coordination and developing cooperation mechanisms and the exchange of expertise between the relevant authorities in the two countries.

Both sides emphasized their commitment to elevating bilateral cooperation frameworks to broader levels, reflecting the depth of fraternal relations between Kuwait and Lebanon, and contributing to supporting security and stability and serving shared interests.
