Saudi Arabia: Limited damage from attempt to target Aramco building in Riyadh

A senior source in the Saudi Ministry of Energy announced on Sunday that an administrative building belonging to Aramco in Riyadh was targeted. The source stated that the attack resulted in shrapnel striking the building, causing minor damage, with no casualties or fatalities reported. The source clarified that relevant authorities have begun responding to the incident and taking necessary measures. Meanwhile, the official spokesperson for the coalition forces, Brigadier General Turki Al-Maliki, stated that air defenses intercepted and destroyed two ballistic missiles launched by the Houthi militia toward the Saudi capital, Riyadh. Al-Maliki also announced via his account on the X platform: “Interception and destruction of two Tomahawk cruise missiles in the Riyadh and Jizan regions.”
