Ibrahim Muhammad: Two decrees were issued revoking the nationality and Kuwaiti nationality certificates of six individuals, and were published in the Official Gazette, “Kuwait Today.” Decree No. 173 of 2026 stipulated the revocation of Kuwaiti nationality certificates from four individuals, including those who acquired their nationality through them by derivation, in accordance with Article 21 bis (a). Decree No. 174 of 2026 stipulated the revocation of Kuwaiti nationality from two individuals, including those who acquired their nationality alongside them by derivation.
