Decisions on transfer and rotation of 16 executives at 'Electricity'

Yesterday, Minister of Electricity, Water and Renewable Energy Dr. Subaih Al-Mukhaim issued decisions transferring and rotating 16 senior officials holding supervisory positions across the various sectors of the ministry. Dr. Al-Mukhaim tasked Engineer Falah Al-Subaie, Director of the Planning and Follow-up Department in the Electric Power Transmission Networks Sector, with additional duties as Assistant Undersecretary for the Technical Services and Main Workshops Sector, in addition to his current role. The transfer and rotation decisions are as follows:

- Engineer Ahmed Al-Samiri, Director of the Planning and Follow-up Department in the Electric Power Transmission Networks Sector, was transferred to serve as Director of the Renewable Energy and Energy Efficiency Department in the Power Plants Sector.

- Ahmed Al-Anazi, Budget Maintenance and Services Monitoring Officer in the Contracts and Tenders Administration of the Financial Affairs Sector, was transferred to serve as Investment Budget Commitments Monitoring Officer in the same administration and sector.

- Abdulaziz Al-Anazi, Asset Accounting Monitoring Officer in the Accounts Administration of the Financial Affairs Sector, was transferred to serve as Warehouse Accounts Monitoring Officer in the Warehouse Administration within the same sector.

- Saif Al-Mutairi, Price Bid Monitoring Officer in the Procurement Administration of the Finance Sector, was transferred to serve as Investment Budget Monitoring Officer in the Budgets Administration within the same sector.

- Faisal Al-Mutairi, Service Costs Monitoring Officer in the Accounts of the Financial Affairs Sector, was transferred to serve as Monitoring Officer for Warehouse, Procurement, and Cost Auditing in the Financial Control Administration within the same sector.

- Ahmed Al-Sahaf, Rationalization Monitoring Officer in the Public Relations and Citizen Services Administration of the Deputy Minister’s Sector, was transferred to serve as Design and Supervision Monitoring Officer in the Engineering Drawing Administration of the Technical Services Sector.

- Engineer Issam Al-Zaid, Mechanical Maintenance Monitoring Officer at the Eastern Doha Station, was transferred to serve as Maintenance Monitoring Officer in the Water Desalination Support Administration of the Water Operation and Maintenance Sector.

- Engineer Ahmed Ashkanani, Precision Equipment Monitoring Officer at the Shuaiba Station in the Power Plants Sector, was transferred to serve as Precision Equipment Monitoring Officer at the Western Doha Station within the same sector.

- Saitah Al-Shammari, Director of the Follow-up and Development Administration in the Administrative Affairs Sector, was transferred to serve as Director of the Warehouse Administration in the Financial Affairs Sector.

- Saud Al-Ajmi, Director of the Computer Center Administration in the Customer Services Sector, was transferred to serve as Director of the Follow-up and Development Administration in the Administrative Affairs Sector.

- Mariam Al-Azmi, Design and Supervision Monitoring Officer in the Engineering Drawing Administration of the Technical Services Sector, was transferred to serve as Rationalization Monitoring Officer in the Public Relations Administration of the Deputy Minister’s Sector.

- Engineer Khalaf Al-Mutairi, Director of the Program Planning and Follow-up Administration in the Power Plants Sector, was transferred to serve as Director of the Security and Safety Administration within the same sector.

- Engineer Ahmed Al-Dosari, Director of the Renewable Energy and Energy Efficiency Department in the Power Plants Sector, was transferred to serve as Director of the Program Planning and Follow-up Administration within the same sector.

- Engineer Falah Al-Subaie, Director of the Design and Supervision Administration in the Technical Services Sector, was transferred to serve as Director of the Planning and Follow-up Administration in the Electric Power Transmission Networks Sector.

- Mohammed Al-Athina, Director of the Personnel Affairs Administration in the Administrative Affairs Sector, was transferred to the Administrative Services Administration.

- Abdullah Al-Dharwah, Director of the Security and Safety Administration, was transferred to serve as Director of the Planning Administration in the Finance Sector.
