The 67th edition of the Beirut Arab International Book Fair continues, with the participation of approximately 163 Lebanese and Arab publishing houses, and a wide attendance of thinkers and writers. The fair’s halls are witnessing vibrant cultural activity, complementing a program rich with around 100 events, including intellectual seminars, poetry evenings, and book-signing ceremonies for the latest literary publications, according to KUNA. The fair, whose first edition was launched in 1956 by the Arab Cultural Club at the American University of Beirut, is one of the most prestigious book fairs in the Arab region.
