In Ihram Garb, the Houthi Terrorists Assassinate Grand Mufti of Bangladesh Nasrullah Al-Badr

The Houthi terrorist faction assassinated the Grand Mufti of Bangladesh and the preacher Nasser al-Badr while he was at King Khalid International Airport in the Saudi capital, Riyadh, before he was set to depart for Jeddah Airport and then proceed to the Holy Kaaba in Mecca to perform the Umrah pilgrimage. Al-Badr died after sustaining severe injuries in the heinous attack on the airport carried out by the Houthi terrorist militia. Al-Badr had traveled from Bangladesh to the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia solely with the intention of visiting the House of God, carrying his aspiration to perform Umrah and hoping to reach the honored city of Mecca to carry out the rites. However, his journey ended in tragedy when he succumbed to his injuries. The Houthi treachery shattered al-Badr’s dream of circumambulating the Kaaba and performing Umrah after a long and arduous journey, and deprived his wife and three children, including an infant, of their father. During the trip to the Holy Land, al-Badr was responsible for dozens of people, but the hand of treachery struck him, as it did several other victims of different nationalities. This heinous crime not only deprived him of performing Umrah but also permanently deprived his children of their father’s embrace, shedding light on the terrorism perpetrated by the Houthi militias against civilians and pilgrims bound for the House of God.
