Faisal Matar: Former Undersecretary of the Ministry of Social Affairs, Dr. Khaled Al-Ajmi, visited the ministry building today to meet with employees and staff following the submission of his resignation, expressing his pride in the period he spent there and his appreciation for everyone who shared responsibility and work with him. He affirmed, during a meeting attended by Acting Undersecretary Faisal Al-Kandri and several ministry leaders, that service to Kuwait is not tied to a position or job title, and that positions are temporary, while the impact of work and dedication to serving the country and society endures. Al-Ajmi clarified that what has been achieved at the ministry was not the result of individual effort, but rather the outcome of collective work involving its leaders and staff across various roles, emphasizing that success is built through the cooperation of the committed and by continuing to work with a spirit of teamwork. He said, “I am leaving the position, but I am not leaving the place where I learned so much, nor am I forgetting those who shared responsibility and work with me,” expressing his confidence that the ministry’s employees will continue to carry out their mission with integrity and competence. He noted that working in the Ministry of Social Affairs carries a humanitarian message that directly touches people’s lives and needs, extending his gratitude to all employees and affirming that the ministry’s journey will continue through the efforts of its sons and daughters in service to Kuwait and its people.
