Gulf Justice Ministers Meet with Kuwaiti Participation: Electronic Platform for Exchanging Judicial Notices

Kuwait participated in the 36th meeting of the Ministers of Justice of the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) countries in Manama today (Sunday), led by a delegation headed by Minister of Justice and Advisor Nasser Al-Samait. The discussions focused on ways to enhance cooperation among the justice ministries of GCC member states, as well as on various joint topics and initiatives aimed at developing the judicial and legal work system, strengthening coordination, and exchanging expertise among member countries. The discussions centered on the initiative by Bahrain’s Ministry of Justice and Islamic Affairs and Endowments to establish an electronic platform for exchanging judicial notices and notifications, as well as the work of the committee of directors and heads of judicial and legal training centers and institutes in GCC countries. The ministers also reviewed the draft unified rules for combating information technology crimes in the GCC countries and the report of the meetings of the committee of officials in charge of international cooperation and international relations departments at the justice ministries of member states for the year 2026.
