National Guard Deputy Commander: Raising Alert Levels to Protect the Internal Front

Deputy Commander of the National Guard, Lieutenant General Hamad Al-Burjisi, accompanied by Commander of Military and Security Affairs, Brigadier General Abdullah Abdullah, visited the Operations Center, the security system, and the Crisis Management Department at the General Headquarters of the National Guard. They were received by Commander of Operations and Training, Brigadier General Saleh Ghunaim.

In a press statement on Wednesday, the National Guard said that Lieutenant General Al-Burjisi conveyed greetings and appreciation from the National Guard leadership to the officers for their efforts, and listened to a briefing on the National Guard’s readiness level and the preparedness of its personnel to carry out their role in safeguarding the country’s security and stability with competence and capability.

According to the statement, Lieutenant General Al-Burjisi emphasized the importance of maintaining and enhancing readiness levels, strengthening coordination and integration with relevant authorities, in order to contribute to protecting the domestic front and preserving the nation’s security and stability.
