Spotify: Taylor Swift most listened to in a single day globally

American singer Taylor Swift set a new record on the global music streaming platform Spotify, thanks to her new song "Blessing Zero." Spotify announced that the track became, on September 25, the most-streamed song by a female artist in a single day in 2026 so far, while Swift also recorded another record as the most-streamed artist in a single day this year. Swift is set to unveil the music video for the song today (Sunday) during the MTV Video Music Awards. The American star had released three additional songs on Friday, including "Cleveland," which addresses her wedding to professional American football player Travis Kelce. The new songs maintain the musical character that defined her album "The Life of a Showgirl," produced by Max Martin and Shellback and released in October 2025, with a clear presence of the bold tone that characterizes Swift's work.
