"Justice": Personal interviews begin for 424 citizens who passed the Public Prosecution exams

The Ministry of Justice announced that it will begin conducting personal interviews with 424 male and female candidates who passed the electronic written exam for the position of “Junior Legal Researcher,” as a preliminary step toward appointment to the position of Deputy Public Prosecutor (Grade G), among Kuwaiti graduates of the 2024–2025 academic year, starting September 24, 2026. The interviews will be conducted before the selection committee for the Junior Legal Researcher position, as announced on February 8, 2026, at the headquarters of the Kuwait Institute for Judicial and Legal Studies, according to the scheduled time assigned to each candidate. This stage follows the electronic written exam held at the University of Kuwait, where 632 male and female candidates met the prescribed eligibility requirements to sit for the exam, 578 of whom attended, and 424 successfully passed. The Ministry emphasized that the personal interviews are part of the process to select qualified national talents for recruitment into the Public Prosecution, in accordance with unified and objective standards that uphold justice, transparency, and equal opportunity among all applicants. It clarified that each candidate will be notified of their interview schedule via the “Sahel” app, urging successful candidates to adhere to the designated times.
