Palestinian Ambassador Denies Rumors of Offers to Sell Kuwaiti Properties in the West Bank

Ramy Tahboub, the Palestinian Ambassador to Kuwait, denied rumors circulating about offers made to several Kuwaiti property owners to sell their real estate in the West Bank. In statements to Palestinian Television, Tahboub affirmed that these reports are entirely false, clarifying that the properties in question are exclusively Kuwaiti-owned and that only their owners have the right to dispose of them. He emphasized that the embassy is monitoring the information and rumors raised on this matter, confirming that it will take legal action and pursue judicial proceedings against anyone who fabricates or spreads such rumors with the aim of defamation and discreditation. He added, “Suspicious pages periodically publish false news and rumors targeting Palestinian-Kuwaiti relations, the latest of which involved the circulation of claims regarding Kuwaiti properties in Palestine, in an attempt to defame, discredit, and mislead public opinion.”
