Deputy President of the UAE Visits Bahrain Pavilion at Arabian Travel Market

His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice President and Prime Minister of the United Arab Emirates and Ruler of Dubai, visited the Kingdom of Bahrain’s pavilion at the Arabian Travel Market, held at the Dubai World Trade Centre until September 17. Upon his arrival at the pavilion, he was received by Fatima bint Jaffer Al Suwaidi, Minister of Tourism, who welcomed him and expressed her pride in the visit, which reflects the deep fraternal relations and close historical ties between the Kingdom of Bahrain and the sisterly United Arab Emirates. During the visit, His Highness reviewed the pavilion’s presentation of the Kingdom’s most prominent tourism assets, destinations, and experiences, alongside initiatives and projects that contribute to enhancing Bahrain’s position as a distinguished tourism destination at both the regional and international levels. The Tourism Minister emphasized that His Highness’s visit to the Bahrain pavilion underscores the strong ties between the two sister countries, highlighting the importance of the Arabian Travel Market in promoting the Kingdom’s tourism assets, strengthening engagement with partners and representatives of the travel and tourism sector, and supporting regional Gulf cooperation and integration in tourism. Bahrain’s participation in the event aligns with its efforts to showcase the diversity of its tourism offerings, promote its destinations and experiences, and enhance engagement with representatives and experts from the global travel, tourism, and hospitality industries.
