The Illusion of Peace and the Reality of War

Human rights activist, American Jewish professor Norman Finkelstein, states: “I refuse to condemn Hamas, believing that those who carried out the October 7 operation had no choice but death, like slaves!! I hope that everyone who condemned the operation, regardless of their strongly negative stance toward Hamas, as is currently the case with me, will show the world how a Palestinian can regain, even a fraction of his rights and his home, which was stolen 78 years ago, as a migrant from Russia or Ukraine? On the same day as Finkelstein’s statement, Israel’s hardline National Security Minister, Itamar Ben-Gvir, gave an interview to the Associated Press, in which he said, literally: ‘There is no secret that I disagree with the Prime Minister (Netanyahu) and I believe that targeted assassinations should be carried out in Gaza, by eliminating 30 to 40 (Palestinians) every night. Not only those who pose a direct threat to us, there are people who do not deserve to live. They should not live. They are not even human.’ Ben-Gvir’s statement sparked a wide international storm, and has been described by international legal experts as evidence that could be used before the International Court of Justice as an indication of ‘genocidal intent.’ This statement may have been the reason that hastened Britain’s recent decision to boycott Israeli products coming from illegal Israeli settlements. Ben-Gvir also called for the ‘collective expulsion’ of Palestinians from Gaza and the resettlement of Israelis in their place. He said literally: ‘I see all of Gaza as ours,’ a statement that legal experts have described as potentially amounting to ‘ethnic cleansing.’

Renowned American Rabbi Yosef Mizrachi says: The ‘Goyim’ (a term used for non-Jews) get angry because Jews control money. Who else would control money? You? Do you compare yourself to the Chosen People? Don’t you see God’s grace upon them? It is good for you that they run the country, run the world, and run the economy. The entire world has tried to destroy the Jews, but all empires have fallen, while the Jews remain in power. According to the laws of nature, the Jews were supposed to die in the first year after the Torah was given to them, when their enemies, the Amalekites, came. They had no army, no weapons; they were in the middle of the desert with their children, and suddenly they were attacked. At that time, survival was a great miracle. 3,300 years of massacres, the Holocaust, and all kinds of wars, with armies coming to Jerusalem to burn us alive—all have vanished, while we are ‘above all,’ always in power, always ahead of the world. Imagine the world without us; it would undoubtedly be a thousand years more primitive. Almost all inventions in the world were made by Jews, especially Israelis. Medicine, doctors, surgeons, top judges in America, all kinds of designers, architects, artists, musicians, top rabbis, philosophers. Try to imagine the world without us, knowing that we make up only a quarter of one percent of the world. Just for the record, the United States was on the verge of bankruptcy in 2008; everything was on the verge of collapse. Who saved this country? No one but the Jew ‘Ben Shalom Bernanke,’ the Federal Reserve chairman. He was a religious Jew, and he made some brilliant moves in managing interest rates, lowering them, and forcing major banks to buy smaller banks before everything descended into chaos. America would have become worse than the Soviet Union, but no one seems grateful for what he did.
