500 kg of spoiled fish seized in security operation in Ahmadi

The Ministry of Interior, represented by the Sector for Directorates of Security Affairs – Al-Ahmadi Governorate Security, carried out a joint security operation today, Sunday, in cooperation with the Kuwait Municipality, the Public Authority for Food and Nutrition, and the Public Authority for Manpower, to apprehend wanted individuals and violators. The Interior Ministry stated in a press release that the operation covered the fish and vegetable market and the parking areas of the Kot Complex, resulting in the arrest of 16 wanted individuals and violators, 22 persons without identity documents, the seizure of five vehicles wanted by the judiciary, the issuance of 28 traffic violations, and the confiscation of 500 kilograms of spoiled fish. It clarified that the necessary legal measures were taken against those apprehended and violators by the relevant authorities.
