Kuwait Commercial Bank concluded its participation in the Awareness Forum organized by the Public Authority for Applied Education and Training for students over two days in Hall 5 at the Kuwait International Fair – Mishref, with the Bank participating as a Gold Sponsor of the event. The Bank’s participation reflected its commitment to contributing to events and initiatives targeting youth, and its role in supporting and empowering the new generation, in line with its strategy to strengthen its community presence and engage with various segments of society.

The forum witnessed significant student turnout to learn about the offers presented by the Bank to its customers, providing a unique opportunity for direct interaction with students. The Bank’s team introduced students to the benefits of the “YOU for Youth” savings account package, designed for individuals aged 15 to 25, which is ideal for this demographic. The account offers multiple advantages upon opening and when transferring student allowances, alongside innovative banking solutions that meet their aspirations and align with their modern lifestyle. The account can be easily opened via the Bank’s mobile application, CBK Mobile.

The Bank emphasized that its participation in the forum stems from its ongoing interest in the youth segment and its commitment to supporting students at various stages of their academic journey, while also enhancing direct communication and promoting the “YOU for Youth” account as one of the Bank’s leading financial solutions. This account provides a range of exclusive benefits and digital services tailored to young people.

The Bank’s Gold Sponsorship of the forum reflects its belief in the importance of supporting new students and encouraging them to build their academic and professional futures, while providing banking services that meet their needs and help them plan their finances effectively.

The Sales and Marketing team, under the Individual Banking Services sector, received prospective university students to answer their inquiries about the benefits of the “YOU for Youth” package and the events organized by the Bank for account holders, facilitating direct interaction between the marketing team and students.

On the sidelines of the forum, the Bank continued to support financial awareness efforts as part of the “Let’s Be Informed” campaign by providing advice and guidance, and raising student awareness about the importance of protecting their personal and financial data, as well as warning them against banking fraud.

The forum concluded its two-day activities, providing new students with the opportunity to learn about participating entities, interact with them, and benefit from the information and services offered, in addition to participating in accompanying activities and experiences.
