Interior Ministry: We conducted an extensive security operation in Saad Al-Abdullah

The Ministry of Interior, through its Directorate of Security Affairs sector – Al-Jahra Governorate Security Department – announced the implementation of an extensive security operation to apprehend violators and enhance security presence in the Saad Al-Abdullah area, as part of ongoing security efforts to enforce the law and maintain public order and safety.

In a press statement issued on Friday, the Ministry said the operation resulted in the issuance of traffic violations, the apprehension of individuals without valid identification, wanted persons under arrest warrants, and individuals violating residency laws due to the expiration of their residency permits. It also led to the seizure of several street vendors, their sales carts, and mobile grocery stores.

The Ministry added that the operation also resulted in the apprehension of wanted persons in connection with two alcohol-related cases, the seizure of two vehicles subject to judicial impoundment, and the arrest of an individual in possession of narcotics. Additionally, a debtor and another individual wanted in connection with a criminal case were apprehended.

The Ministry confirmed that the necessary legal and administrative measures have been taken against those apprehended and violators, in accordance with each authority’s jurisdiction.
