Trump: Republicans who do not vote in the congressional elections will go to hell

U.S. President Donald Trump said that Republicans who do not vote in the midterm congressional elections scheduled for November 3 “will go to hell,” warning that if the Republican Party fails to win and the Democrats return to power, it will destroy his achievements. This came during a speech by Trump at the conclusion of the Republican National Convention in Dallas, Texas. Trump asked attendees to chant a slogan about voting, saying, “I promise, as the greatest president in the history of the United States, I will gather my friends and my family, and we will vote on November 3, or we will vote before that.” After the crowd chanted affirmations that they would vote, Trump said, “Do you know what happens if you don’t vote? You will go to hell.” Americans are preparing for the midterm congressional elections, heading to the polls on November 3 to choose all 435 members of the House of Representatives, as well as about one-third of the members of the Senate.
