Apple unveils 'iPhone Duo,' its first foldable phone in history

Apple has announced its first foldable smartphone, named the “iPhone Duo,” featuring a display that mimics the design of iPad tablets, along with a seamless transition experience between the inner and outer screens and an under-display camera. The new iPhone Duo is the thinnest device in Apple’s lineup and introduces a new hinge mechanism for transitioning between the two screens, helping users fully protect the inner display and the hinge. The iPhone Duo also brings back a side-mounted fingerprint sensor, similar to those found on iPads, and supports the Apple Pencil, as well as multitasking with two apps running simultaneously on the screen. The new phone will be available in two colors: white and black.
