Kuwait's "Blue Hand" heads to "Aichi-Nagoya" in preparation for the "Asian Games"

The Kuwaiti national men’s handball team delegation will depart tomorrow for Japan to participate in the final overseas training camp ahead of the 20th Asian Games in Aichi–Nagoya, scheduled from September 19 to 29. The “Blue Handball” team will kick off its campaign in the tournament with a match against Iran on the first day of Group B, which also includes Bahrain, Kazakhstan, and South Korea. The delegation is led by Handball Federation Secretary-General Qa’id Al-Adwani, and includes Treasurer Khaled Talib and team manager Fahd Rabee. The technical staff is headed by Icelandic coach Aron Kristjansson, assisted by coach Henning Jensen and physiotherapist Mehdi Al-Bakoush. The national handball squad comprises 16 players: Hussein Dashti, Mohamed Bouyabes, Hassan Safar, Abdullah Al-Khamis, Saleh Al-Mousawi, Saif Al-Adwani, Hamoud Al-Adwani, Aziz Salmeen, Haider Dashti, Fawaz Al-Mashari, Youssef Dhaif, Aziz Dhaif, Abdulrahman Al-Shamari, Aziz Al-Shamari, Mohamed Ali, and Hussein Al-Mutawa.
