Trump stated that Clancy “will pay the price,” adding that her fate would be “either in a mental health facility or in prison.” Clancy had admitted to killing her three children inside the family home in Massachusetts in early 2023, but pleaded not guilty, citing her struggle with postpartum psychosis.
