The Commercial Bank Signs Electronic Linkage Protocol with Al-Eteham Bank
Hala Al-Mahrouq: Electronic linking facilitates implementation of procedures related to monthly transfers and deductions
Commercial Bank of Kuwait announced the signing of a cooperation protocol with Kuwait Credit Bank, aimed at enhancing electronic linking between the two parties, thereby enabling Commercial Bank of Kuwait customers to benefit from a more convenient and efficient mechanism for executing monthly transfers and deductions related to housing loans provided by Kuwait Credit Bank.
The partnership protocol was signed in the presence of Hala Al-Mahrouq, Head of the Executive Board at Commercial Bank of Kuwait; Sultan Al-Dabous, Acting General Manager at Kuwait Credit Bank; Abdulaziz Al-Zayani, General Manager of the Retail Banking Services Sector at Commercial Bank of Kuwait; and several senior executives from both banks.
On this occasion, Hala Al-Mahrouq stated, “Our signing of the partnership protocol with Kuwait Credit Bank reflects our commitment to developing cooperation frameworks with government and national institutions, supporting the digital transformation journey in the banking sector and keeping pace with customers’ aspirations for faster and smoother services.” She emphasized that Commercial Bank of Kuwait is keen to continue developing its banking services system and leveraging digital solutions to simplify procedures and enhance operational efficiency, alongside strengthening cooperation with national institutions and entities to deliver added value to customers.
She further stressed that the electronic linking between Commercial Bank of Kuwait and Kuwait Credit Bank will help save customers’ time and effort by facilitating the implementation of procedures related to monthly transfers and deductions, thereby enhancing the efficiency and reliability of providing flexible digital banking services that improve customers’ banking experience. This underscores the importance of collaboration between national institutions and commercial banks in delivering more efficient and effective services that benefit customers across the banking sector.
