Ambassador Nawaf Abu Shiba: Our relations with Algeria are fraternal and solid

Kuwait’s Ambassador to Algeria, Nawaf Abu Shiba, presented his credentials to Algerian President Abdelmadjid Tebboune yesterday (Monday) as Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Kuwait to Algeria. The Kuwaiti Embassy in Algeria said in a statement that Ambassador Abu Shiba praised “the distinguished level of the solid brotherly relations between the two fraternal countries,” expressing “Kuwait’s solidarity and sympathy with Algeria in the wake of the forest fires that affected the wilayas of the central and eastern regions of the country.” The ambassador conveyed Kuwait’s sincere condolences and heartfelt sympathies to the Algerian government and people, as well as to the families of the victims, wishing the injured a swift recovery. He added that he conveyed greetings from His Highness the Amir, Sheikh Meshal Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah, and His Highness the Crown Prince, Sheikh Sabah Al-Khaled Al-Sabah, along with their best wishes for the President’s good health and well-being, and for continued progress and prosperity for the fraternal Algerian people.
