The U.S. Chargé d’Affaires in Kuwait, Stephen Butler, affirmed that education represents one of the enduring ties linking Kuwait and the United States, wishing students a school year filled with discovery and achievement. Butler said in a post on the X platform on the occasion of the back-to-school season: “The back-to-school season reminds us of one of the enduring ties between the United States and Kuwait: education.” He added, “As students return to their classrooms here in Kuwait, and many Kuwaiti students begin a new academic year in the United States, I wish them all a year rich in discovery, achievement, and new friendships.”
