Ronaldo Announces His Marriage to Georgina... After a 10-Year Relationship

Portuguese star Cristiano Ronaldo, captain of Saudi club Al Nassr and the Portugal national team, announced his official marriage to Georgina Rodriguez after a relationship that lasted nearly 10 years, in a civil ceremony held on Tuesday in the Portuguese city of Cascais. Ronaldo shared a photo with his followers showing his and Georgina’s hands, both wearing wedding rings, signaling the completion of their marriage, which is believed to have taken place last Saturday on the Portuguese island of Madeira, away from media cameras and in a family atmosphere. Ronaldo and Georgina have five children: Cristiano Jr., twins Eva and Matteo, and their daughters Ana Martina and Bella Esmeralda. It is noted that Cristiano Jr. and twins Eva and Matteo are not Georgina’s biological children, while Georgina gave birth to Ana and Bella; Bella’s male twin died at birth. Ronaldo and Georgina’s relationship dates back to 2016, when they met in a store in the Spanish capital Madrid, where Georgina was working as a sales assistant, before their relationship developed into one of the most famous love stories in the world of football.
