New pricing for IT services starting January 2027

Ibrahim Muhammad, Minister of State for Communications and Information Technology Affairs, issued Ministerial Decision No. 11 of 2026 regarding the determination of fees for services provided by the Central Agency for Information Technology to external parties. This decision is based on government directives and orders concerning the review and updating of service fees to align with their actual costs, and it will take effect starting January 1, 2027. The details of the approved fees, as outlined in the table attached to the decision, are as follows:

- Company registration: 200 Kuwaiti dinars (includes auditing and issuance of the certificate).

- Annual company renewal: 100 Kuwaiti dinars (includes data updates).

- Main domain: 50 Kuwaiti dinars per main domain.

- Specialized domain: 25 Kuwaiti dinars per specialized domain.

- Training institute registration: 250 Kuwaiti dinars (includes review of curricula and instructors).

- Training institute renewal: 100 Kuwaiti dinars (includes updates to training programs).

- Additional services (such as certificates, reports, and attestation): ranging from 10 to 50 Kuwaiti dinars, depending on the type of service.
