Aliya Al-Saqer: Providing an integrated educational and recreational environment for the Palace

Faisal Matar: Acting Director General of the Public Authority for Care of the Palace, Aliya Al-Saqer, confirmed yesterday (Thursday) that the “Bader Wa Yana” program is part of the effort to provide a comprehensive educational and recreational environment for participating children under care during the summer vacation, in collaboration with Warba Bank and the Abdullah Al-Salem Cultural Centre.

Speaking to KUNA, Al-Saqer said, “This visit embodies the Authority’s commitment to monitoring the field implementation of its summer programs within the framework of the government’s family protection initiative, and to observing the activities offered to the children, thereby contributing to the development of their skills and reinforcing positive values among them.”

She noted that the Authority is keen on diversifying the programs and activities offered to the children, achieving a balance between educational, cultural, and recreational aspects, and providing an encouraging environment that contributes to personality development and enhances self-confidence, alongside instilling values of initiative, teamwork, and responsibility.

She added that these programs make optimal use of leisure time and contribute to developing abilities and honing skills through specialized programs implemented in cooperation with government entities and private sector institutions, reflecting the importance of community partnerships in supporting and caring for children under the Authority’s care.

It is worth noting that the “Bader Wa Yana” program aims to provide employment opportunities for children under care during the summer vacation, in coordination with certain private companies and government entities.
