"Working Conditions": Rotation of Department Heads in "Labor Relations" and Other Departments

Faisal Matar: The Public Authority for Manpower has carried out an administrative rotation involving several department heads in the Labor Relations Department and other departments, as part of a move aimed at developing the work system and enhancing performance efficiency in the covered sectors. A senior source at the Public Authority for Manpower stated that the rotation was intended to redistribute expertise and competencies according to the needs of departments and sections, and to leverage supervisory capabilities across different work sites, thereby boosting productivity and improving the quality of services provided to clients. The source clarified that the rotation within the Labor Relations Department aims to strengthen integration among sections, facilitate the exchange of expertise in handling labor dispute files, complaints, and transactions related to labor relations, as well as standardize work procedures and enhance the efficiency of file follow-up and resolution. He added that the rotation is expected to support the smooth flow of procedures, develop supervisory performance, and strengthen coordination among relevant departments and sections, thereby positively impacting work quality and the speed of transaction resolution.
