"The Experts' Administration" - 100% Kuwaiti

As part of the state’s accelerated Kuwaitization plan to replace expatriate staff with national cadres, the Ministry of Justice announced the full Kuwaitization of the General Administration of Experts, achieving 100 percent nationalization as of yesterday (Monday). This move implements the first phase of an administrative development plan launched by Minister of Justice Advisor Nasser Al-Samait in May last year.

Dr. Fawaz Boodi, Acting Head of the General Administration of Experts, stated that the completion of Kuwaitization covers all employees in the roles of engineering experts, accounting experts, and legal researchers. He emphasized that this step reinforces full reliance on national expertise in carrying out the administration’s duties.

Boodi explained that the next phase will see a more equitable and efficient redistribution of work among experts, the implementation of periodic rotation, and improvements in performance levels, the quality of technical reports, and the speed of their completion. Additionally, the ongoing electronic transformation of the administration’s services will be finalized.

On May 9 last year, the Minister of Justice announced the launch of a comprehensive plan to develop the General Administration of Experts, with the primary objective of fully Kuwaitizing the administration by early August, through the termination of services for all non-Kuwaiti employees working as engineering experts, accounting experts, and legal researchers.
