Ban on Including Foreign Business Licenses in the Law Combating Commercial Concealment

The text of the decree-law on combating commercial concealment, issued today, prohibits including foreign nationals in commercial licenses. The law stipulates the confiscation of funds and profits derived from the crime of commercial concealment, thereby depriving the offender of the illicit gains from their illegal activities. It further confirms that, in the event of a proven violation of the law, the establishment will be shut down, the license revoked, and the foreign national deported. The new law will take effect six months after its issuance.
