Meteorology: Humid weather for the weekend holiday

The Meteorology Department has forecast that the country’s weather over the weekend will generally be very hot during the day, hot to warm at night, and relatively humid, particularly in coastal areas, with the country affected by hot and humid winds.
The Acting Director of the Department, Dharar Al-Ali, told the Kuwait News Agency (KUNA) that weather maps and numerical models indicate the country will be influenced by an extension of the monsoon low-pressure system over India, accompanied by a hot and humid air mass and variable winds shifting to southeasterly. This will lead to increased relative humidity and the formation of some clouds, with a slight drop in temperatures.
He noted that on Friday daytime, the weather will be hot and humid in coastal areas, with variable to southeasterly winds, light to moderate in speed, ranging between 8 and 30 kilometers per hour. Some high clouds will appear, while maximum temperatures are expected to range between 44 and 46 degrees Celsius. Sea conditions will be light to moderate, with wave heights between 1 and 4 feet.
Regarding nighttime conditions, the weather will be hot to warm and relatively humid in coastal areas, with variable to southeasterly winds, light to moderate in speed, ranging between 6 and 32 kilometers per hour.
