Al-Saqr for Technology and Innovation Showcases Its Latest Technological Solutions

Saud Rashid Al-Anazi, Executive Director of the Hamad Abdulaziz Al-Saqer Center for Technology and Innovation, expressed his delight at the Center’s participation in the third edition of the “Kuwait Anjaz Internship Opportunities Exhibition,” which concluded last Thursday at the Symphony Complex. The event saw broad participation from companies and institutions, alongside notable attendance and keen interest from young people seeking training opportunities to develop their skills and enhance their practical experience.

Al-Anazi stated that the Center received more than 60 male and female students during its exhibition participation, and that they will be directed toward specialized training programs aimed at transferring modern technological knowledge and preparing them for the future. He clarified that the training will focus on fields required by the practical job market, including biotechnology and future technologies, with a primary emphasis on artificial intelligence applications, cybersecurity, cloud computing, and data analysis, as well as the management of technological projects and emerging digital solutions. He noted that the Center’s pavilion attracted significant interest from young people eager to explore these advanced fields.

Al-Anazi added that the participants underwent personal interviews designed to assess their skills and capabilities, while also identifying the technological areas they wish to invest in and develop their skills in, aligned with their future specializations and interests. He emphasized that this step represents an important opportunity for young people to gain close exposure to the technological work environment and the demands of digital acceleration.

He further noted that participation in such exhibitions supports young people, fosters direct communication between them and leading institutions, and provides them with opportunities to acquire early practical experience that places them on the path to professional excellence. He pointed out that empowering youth with the latest tools and future technologies is the most crucial investment in building national cadres capable of leading innovation.

In conclusion, Al-Anazi affirmed that internship training serves as a pivotal bridge in preparing young people for the job market, as it connects academic knowledge with the practical application of modern technologies. It helps trainees acquire advanced practical skills that enhance their competitiveness and future prospects in both the financial and technological sectors.
