Al-Farwaniya Committee in the Municipal Council: Approval of numbering plots in Jleeb Al-Shuyoukh and Al-Raqi

The Al-Farwaniya Governorate Committee of the Municipal Council, in its meeting held today (Wednesday) chaired by Khaled Al-Mutairi, recommended approving the numbering of plots in the Jlib al-Shuyukh and Al-Raqi areas. The committee decided that Jlib al-Shuyukh would consist of five plots and Al-Raqi of two plots, with the relevant municipal departments instructed to take the necessary measures to amend the organizational and spatial plans, renumber the plot parcels, and link them to their original information, in accordance with the previous plot and parcel numbers. The committee also rejected a proposal to construct a tunnel connecting the West Abdullah Al-Mubarak area to the Abdullah Al-Mubarak area.

On another note, the Al-Jahra Governorate Committee, in its meeting chaired by member Abdullah Al-Anzi, recommended approving the request from the Ministry of Islamic Affairs to allocate a residential site for an imam and a muezzin, covering an area of 300 square meters, in Al-Jahra, Plot No. 93. The site must adhere to the conditions set by the Sub-Committee for Utilities and Public Services, and coordination with them must be secured prior to implementation. The committee also authorized the relevant departments to shift and adjust the site’s dimensions and area, provided such adjustments do not exceed the prescribed areas, in case of conflicts with existing infrastructure services or any regulatory requirements. Furthermore, the committee decided to refer back the proposal submitted by member Abdullah Al-Anzi to construct two pedestrian bridges on the Al-Jahra Expressway, opposite the Al-Qirwan and Al-Doha areas, to the Executive Agency for coordination with the concerned authorities and to identify alternative locations.
