Kuwait condemns the continuation of the unjust Iranian aggression on its territory

The Ministry of Foreign Affairs expressed the State of Kuwait’s strongest condemnation of the ongoing Iranian aggression against its territory, which represents a continuous aggressive approach and a blatant violation of its sovereignty, security, and territorial integrity, as well as a grave breach of the rules of international law, the UN Charter, and Security Council Resolution 2817 of 2026. Kuwait held Iran fully responsible for the continuation of these attacks and their consequences, emphasizing that persisting in this aggressive stance against Kuwait and all other Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) countries exacerbates escalation and tension, undermining regional security and stability, and called on Iran to immediately cease these attacks. The Ministry stressed that Kuwait will continue to take all necessary measures to protect its territory, its people, and residents, safeguard its interests, and reserves all its legitimate rights in accordance with international law.
