Katz: Destroying Gaza's sector gives me a good feeling

Israeli Defense Minister Itamar Ben-Gvir boasted during a tour of northern Gaza Strip about the destruction that had befallen it, describing it as “the result of a calculated policy” and stating that witnessing it gave him a good feeling. Ben-Gvir said he intends to establish three military-settlement outposts in the Strip. In response to a question about his feelings regarding the scene of destruction in Gaza, Ben-Gvir answered without hesitation: “It’s a good feeling, isn’t it?” He claimed that everything carried out by the occupation in the Strip “was the result of a calculated policy aimed at eliminating threats.” He added, “Instead of raiding from the outside, we are now inside, the militants are outside, and the homes are destroyed.”
