Specific Timelines for Housing Projects

A number of ministers responsible for housing projects agreed to intensify coordination among themselves and adhere to the specified timelines for providing services in housing projects, with the necessity of accelerating the pace of work and removing any obstacles facing implementation at the sites, thereby ensuring that services are completed according to the approved schedules. This came following a meeting of the Coordination Committee for Monitoring the Provision of Services Related to Housing Projects, held at the Public Authority for Housing Welfare, attended by Minister of Public Works Dr. Noura Al-Mashaan, Minister of State for Municipal Affairs and Minister of State for Housing Abdul Latif Al-Mutairi, Minister of Electricity, Water and Renewable Energy Dr. Subaih Al-Muhaidib, and Minister of State for Development and Sustainability Dr. Reem Al-Faleh. During the meeting, the status of providing and operating services related to residential cities and suburbs currently under implementation and those planned for the future was presented, and updates on work progress across various projects were reviewed.
