By God’s grace and protection, His Highness the Amir of Kuwait, Sheikh Meshal Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah, departed the homeland on Friday to travel to the United States for routine medical examinations. He was seen off at the airport by His Highness the Crown Prince and Deputy Prime Minister, Sheikh Sabah Al-Khaled Al-Hamad Al-Sabah; His Highness the Prime Minister, Sheikh Ahmad Nawaf Al-Ahmad Al-Sabah; the Minister of the Amir’s Court, Sheikh Hamad Jaber Al-Ali Al-Sabah; and the Deputy Minister of the Amir’s Court, Sheikh Abdulaziz Meshal Mubarak Abdullah Al-Ahmad Al-Sabah. His Highness was accompanied by his full security detail throughout the journey.
