Education Minister Sayyid Jalal al-Tabataba’i held talks with Yang Xin, Ambassador of the People’s Republic of China, to explore ways to enhance cooperation and coordination in educational and pedagogical fields, thereby supporting the distinguished bilateral relations and advancing the shared interests of the two countries. The Ministry of Education stated in a press release that the parties discussed mechanisms for joint coordination to promote the teaching of the Chinese language in educational institutions, as well as efforts to improve the capacity of specialized Chinese-language teachers through support for training and qualification programs and the exchange of educational expertise, all aimed at developing the educational process and elevating the standard of Chinese-language instruction.
