Commercial Bank: Trip to Fahad Al-Asaker Kuwaiti Heritage School as Part of 'Ya Zein Our Heritage'

Kuwait Commercial Bank continued its school visits as part of the “Ya Zein Our Heritage” campaign, visiting Fahd Al-Asaker Boys’ School to introduce students to Kuwaiti folk heritage and highlight the customs and traditions that reflect the authenticity of Kuwaiti society and the richness of its cultural history. This effort aligns with the bank’s ongoing initiatives to preserve authentic Kuwaiti heritage and strengthen national identity among younger generations.

In this context, Amal Al-Warrah, Deputy General Manager of the Bank’s Corporate Communications Sector, emphasized the importance of introducing younger generations to Kuwaiti heritage and reinforcing pride in national identity. She noted that school visits provide an opportunity for direct engagement with students, presenting folk heritage in a manner that bridges the past and the present. She added that the bank, through its community initiatives, is committed to supporting efforts aimed at preserving national heritage and passing it on to future generations, thereby strengthening their connection to Kuwait’s history and enduring values.

The visit was part of a series of school visits under the “Ya Zein Our Heritage” campaign, reflecting the bank’s commitment to expanding the initiative’s reach to diverse student groups and familiarizing them with the cultural expressions that formed an integral part of the lives of their parents and grandparents.
