Deputy Minister of Interior Opens Renovated "Nationality" Hall

Deputy Minister of Interior Major General Abdulwahab Al-Wahid inaugurated the renovated nationality hall at the main building of the General Directorate of Kuwaiti Nationality and Travel Documents in Shuwaikh, under the patronage of Kuwait Finance House and in the presence of Assistant Deputy Minister for Supporting Security Affairs Major General Fawaz Al-Roumi, as part of the Ministry of Interior’s efforts to develop its service facilities and enhance the quality of services provided to visitors. During the inauguration, the Deputy Minister inspected the hall’s facilities and equipment and listened to a presentation by Major General Abdulrahman Al-Othman, Director General of the General Directorate of Kuwaiti Nationality and Travel Documents, outlining the procedures for receiving visitors, organizing the flow of transactions, and implementing the steps taken to deliver services, thereby helping to reduce waiting times and provide a more organized and efficient service environment. Major General Al-Wahid emphasized the importance of continuing to develop the work system and leveraging available resources to streamline procedures, ensuring the speed and accuracy of transaction processing and facilitating visitors’ access to services.
