Al-Suwaigee appointed Deputy of 'Civil Service' at Ministerial Deputy rank

The Official Gazette, “Kuwait Today,” published Decree No. 161 of 2026 appointing the Deputy Secretary of the Civil Service Bureau. Article One of the decree states: Salah Khaled Muhammad Al-Saqabi is appointed as Deputy Secretary of the Civil Service Bureau at the rank of Deputy Minister. Article Two stipulates that the Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of State for Cabinet Affairs shall execute this decree, which shall take effect from the date of its issuance and be published in the Official Gazette.
